Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå Women's Basketball Starts National Title Run as the Fifth Seed

The NCAA announced the qualifiers for the 2025 NCAA DII Women's Basketball Tournament and that the Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå University women's basketball team locked down the fifth seed in the Midwest Region.

The Flyers are 26-3 so far this season and coming off a loss to Maryville in the Semifinals of the GLVC Tournament. Top-seed Grand Valley State will host the entire midwest region in Allendale, Michigan.

Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå, who drew the 5th seed, will take on 4th seeded Wayne State on Friday, March 14 at 6:30 p.m. CT. The winner of that matchup takes on the winner of No. 1 Grand Valley and No. 8 Quincy slated for 4 p.m. CT for a chance at the regional championship on Saturday, March 15 at 6:30 p.m. CT. 

Other matchups include No. 3 Northern Michigan and No. 6 Hillsdale slated for 11 a.m. CT, the winner of that contest will take on the victor of No. 2 Ashland and No. 7 seed Ferris State scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. CT. The winner of both matchups will play Saturday, March 15 at 4 p.m. CT. for a chance at the regional championship as well.
