Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå University Students Awarded for Agape’s MLK Oratorical Contest

Three Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå University students won the top spots in the on January 14. Students in the competition created and presented speeches focusing on Critical Race Theory and the philosophy, beliefs, and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr.
Students were to deliver a six-eight minute speech discussing the theme, “Global Racism and Extremism are a Threat to Humanity, and Democracy. Change Must Be Demanded with Intentionality, Urgency and Actions!”
The top winners of the contest included three Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇå University students:
- 1st- Katelyn Brombosz
- 2nd- Kristen Pawlowski
- 3rd- Devin Kenebrew
The top three winners of the contest were awarded prizes ranging from $3000-$1500 for their speeches about topics such as book bans, race, and antisemitism.
